Placing Your Order

We have tried to make our website as easy as possible to use and provide you with accurate pictures of the products available. Colours are very difficult to recreate perfectly. Simply browse through the store and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart. At the checkout you will be asked to complete a few details.

Payments

We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card via Paypal, Bank transfers and cheques in GBP. We accept payment in Euro's, Pounds Sterling and US Dollars.

We will send confirmation that we have received your order and further confirmation once the order has been dispached. Should we be unable to fulfil your order for any reason you will be notified as soon as possible and a refund will be issued.

Refunds and Returns

If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.

All returns are required to be accompanied with a covering letter and a copy of invoice or receipt.

A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the goods for the price paid for the item.

We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item if the return is a result of an error that the company has made or the goods are faulty.
